Introducing Crafty – a new event series at Willibrew

We’ve got a lot of fun new things on the horizon at Willibrew! First and foremost is our new event series, Crafty! Join us on the 2nd Wednesday of the month to enjoy a Crafty Libation, locally sourced appetizers and learn a fun new craft.

Our first event takes place on Wednesday, August 12th at 6 pm. We’re teaming up with our friends at the Kerri Art Studio & Gallery for a paint night, Willibrew style.

Your ticket includes two Crafty Libations, farm-to-table appetizers presented by our Executive Chef and everything you need to bring home a masterpiece.

Want to grab a growler to take with you to the gallery? No problem. We’re offering 50% off growler fills that night, for Crafty guests. (Good for fill only, growlers are available to purchase here or bring in a clean one from home.)

Independence Day

It’s Independence Day and we’re open! Our hours are 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM! Show your patriotism and come downtown for the annual Boom Box Parade. Featuring our house beers.

First Course: Avocado, Orange & Jicama Salad – Topped with crumbled feta cheese and garnished with Maryland crab and avocado spread on Brewer’s bread toast points.
Paired with Anniversary Amber Ale

Second Course: Ale Braised Chicken Stew – Pulled braised chicken simmered with fava beans and fresh peas in a Scotch Tapped broth.

Paired with Scotch Tapped Ale

Third Course: Veal Short Ribs – Roasted veal short ribs accompanied by mushrooms and spring vegetables finished with a Bootlegger IPA and baby onion reduction.

Paired with Bootlegger IPA

Fourth Course: Rhubarb Soup – Spiced rhubarb soup topped with vanilla ice cream and garnished with crispy cayenne pepper wafers.

Paired with Pre-Prohibition Porter

In conjunction with the anniversary of the end of an era of sobriety, we’re having our 24th birthday! What a coincidence! It’ll be a Black & White Roaring-Twenties style party so break out your Flapper dresses, Zoot suits and feather boas! Our DJ will keep the party jumpin’ through the Midnight Countdown to Party Time! And starting at 5:00 we’ll have great blast-from-past food specials, crazy drink specials and fun giveaways!
